Salt on the Rim Restaurants Announced

The annual Salt on the Rim party hosted by The Kempe Foundation Alliance on August 20 will feature Denver’s top restaurants, vendors and caterers including:

BRIO brings the pleasures of the Tuscan country villa to the American city. The Italians built their spacious country villas to escape the pressures of urban life and enjoy “La Dolce Vita” – the good life.

Chef Markus has crafted a menu featuring a line of dishes inspired by classic European cuisine. In addition to its exquisite menu, Chinook is excited to introduce the “Zermatt Room,” a room dedicated to Raclette and Fondue.

Dry Dock Brewing Company

Led by Kevin DeLange and head brewer Bill Eye, Dry Dock Brewing has become the most popular tap house in Aurora, Colorado. Dry Dock Brewing Company won the Great American Beer Festival’s premier award, Small Brewing Company of the Year in 2009.

Kona Grill provides an escape from everyday dining.  Indulge in sensational flavors by sampling any of our modern American cuisine – prepared in our scratch kitchen.  Or, enjoy stunningly fresh sushi, prepared at our full sushi bar.

Catering is about more than just taste. We believe that it starts with a vision.  Whether you are planning an annual gathering or a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, we guarantee that your event will come together in a way that exceeds your highest expectations.

Lime Cantina offers inspired Southwestern fare prepared daily from scratch with the freshest ingredients. You can’t pass up one of their Mighty Margaritas, hailed as one of the best in town.

Lioni Artisan Chocolate

High quality chocolate is a lot like fine wine or craft beer. Take a bite, let the chocolate melt in your mouth, close your eyes and notice how the flavors unfold. Lioni uses fresh and, whenever possible, organic ingredients to complement those unique flavors in chocolate.
