The Kempe Foundation
This morning, I had the pleasure of meeting a group of wonderful and enterprising third and fourth graders from Foothills Academy in Wheat Ridge. Students from Ms. Quitters and Mr. Horeis’ classes held a bake sale and decided to donate the proceeds to a charity of their choice. After much research, Kempe was lucky enough to be chosen by the kids as the recipient of their bake sale funds. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, they were able to raise over $330 for Kempe! Thank you to Foothills Academy!
